Use of the portal
The access and/or use of the portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the conditions of use. These Conditions of Use will be of independent application of the General Conditions of Contracting that in its case are of obligatory fulfillment. The Caprisur portal provides access to information and promotion of services, programs or data (hereinafter “content”) on the Internet belonging to Cabritos Caprisur C.B. or its licensors to which the USER may have access. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
